How to read our price list

Prices

All prices are per person according to occupancy levels and durations as shown and are inclusive of: accommodation, return flights from Gatwick to Corfu with Monarch Airlines on MON7908/9 and return private charter ferry transfers from Corfu to Paxos. All other flight prices by individual quotation.

Accommodation

All accommodation is listed in alphabetical order within the 3 brochure categories of “Lakka”, “Loggos” and “Country Property”. The brochure page number appears in the next column to the right.

Occupancy

The occupancy levels are shown in the third column. In general we have quoted for a variety of occupancy levels throughout the price list, particularly in LOW, MID and HIGH season. However if we have not published a price for a particular level of occupancy please contact us anyway and we will be pleased to provide a quotation.

Departure dates

Your holiday cost is governed entirely by your departure date. If you depart in Low Season and your holiday period crosses the threshold into Mid, the whole of your holiday will be charged at the Low Season rate. Similarly if your holiday period crosses from Peak back into High Season the entire duration will be charged at Peak Season levels.

Over-occupancy

In some accommodation it may be possible to fit in an extra bed (most usually for a child), to increase the occupancy level stated in the price list. This will always be a camp bed or a Z bed. Please ask us for details. If an extra bed is put into a property, a standard charge of £395 will be made which will include accommodation, flights and transfers as in the price list, but this charge applies to either a 1 or 2 week duration. This cost is based on flying from Gatwick on our contract service with Monarch Air. If there are regional flight requirements supplements will apply over and above the figure of £395 but this, as is our practice, will be discussed with you before any booking is made.
