Margarita Apartment

This light and airy ground-floor apartment was completed in 2007 and is set in a rural olive grove in the tiny hamlet of Dalietatika, about a 10-15 minute walk from the picturesque fishing village of Lakka. The building comprises two apartments, ground and first floor, but the first floor has been retained by the owners for their own use from time to time throughout the summer. The architect-designed, air-conditioned apartment has been equipped with high-quality, contemporary fittings and furnishings and the kitchen and bathroom are of a calibre seldom seen in holiday accommodation in Paxos. Outside there are walled, landscaped gardens with a lovely enclosed sun terrace incorporating a barbecue area which in turn gives access to a large stone-paved pool terrace surrounding a private 8m x 5m swimming pool. The sheltered waters of Harami Beach within Lakka Bay can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes and the village itself with shops, cafes, bars and tavernas is only another 4-5 minutes walk away. However the walk back up from Lakka to Dalietatika is steep and for absolute comfort, and to cover all options, we have priced the apartment either with or without a group B hire car.
