Kypiades Apartments

This quiet and secluded property comprises one ground and one first-floor apartment and sits in a beautiful location, high above Kipos Beach, one of the loveliest on the island. The apartments enjoy stunning views, both out into the Ionian Sea and down the east coast of Paxos to Gaios and its neighbouring islets. The air-conditioned accommodation has been comfortably furnished to enable occupancy by couples and families alike and the location and facilities would make a great base for a group or larger family holiday. Although some of the outside amenities are shared, there is still plenty of space in the gardens and surrounds to give private areas to each apartment. Outside there are walled gardens and, for the use of all, a wonderfully positioned swimming pool, again with far-reaching sea views, measuring 8m x 5m and set in a railed, walled and stone paved surround incorporating a built-in barbecue. The sheltered waters of Kipos Beach can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes (allow 15 minutes for the return journey) and the walk to the village of Loggos with shops, cafes, bars and tavernas, will take about 30 minutes. However the route back up from the village is steep so we have included a group B hire car as an essential element of the holiday package.
