This 200-year-old traditional stone-built villa is situated in peaceful unspoilt dry-stone terraced olive groves above the village of Lakka. The house has been painstakingly refurbished to the highest standards and care has been taken to retain and restore many of its period features. The well-furnished accommodation is light and airy and the high ceilings and high-quality stone floors give the whole building a comfortable feeling of space. Outside there are two large terraces, one with a barbecue and the other with a covered pergola area.

Accessed by stone steps at the highest point of the garden is a terrace area with wonderful views down to the crystal-clear waters of Lakka Bay.

On the ground floor of the house is a separate one-bedroom studio of equal standard to the main house which opens out onto its own private terrace and part of the garden. It is completely private but just a five-minute walk downhill to the village and a 10-minute walk to the nearest beaches.
